  Bhavin Patel i think first to insert derotation ST pin after reduction of fracture than DHS and than in track of ST pin put 6.5mm screw

  Santanu Mandal Sir,after reduction i hold reduction by putting another guide wire,it is carm pic during the time of giving compression on lag screw after losening traction,giving bone graft and removing 2nd dhs guidewire. I hope postop xray will be more satisfactory.I,ll post post post op xray

  Saankritya Ayan These r challenging cases and always worth debating as to how much good failed open reduction will ultimately do. Sometimes post remodeling corrective osteotomy may be much simpler option.!!!
