Fracture Neck femur ..in 20 Yr boy, fell down while cricket playing.
Rt LL in external rotation, with painful hip movements,and tenderness. right SLR -ve.
Please advice Shuold conserve or fix Neck( may displace in some next days)

  Lokesh Bhatia Either do a Xray in proper 30 deg IR, 90% chances you'll find that # is complete, or do a CT Scan you'll find reasons to Fix, it is undisplaced Pawel type 3 #, Spiral type, So absolutely no Role of conservative M/M, I'll prefer to fix it by DHS & derotation screw.
