  Srinivas Daravathu Reduction is fine ,problem with inferior screw here,it's too long,too close to articular surface and not tightened enough,needed shorter one,entry hole of inferior screw should be at or above LT,never below,it can cause Subtroc fracture

  Suman Roy However, you may do fibular osteosynthesis ( Ref. Dr. Nagi). We have some experience of it even for old non union #NOF in young and elder patient group. Of course vascularized fibular osteosynthesis is best but very demanding and need expertise. but Non vascular FOS also give good result .
